			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Grief is such a part of our world, especially these days.  No matter how positive you are grief will come up for you. It is a normal reaction to loss.</p>
<p>If your dog dies, a family member develops an illness, or dies, or if you experience a change  in yourself you consider a loss, then you will experience grief.  It is a normal human response to loss.</p>
<p>It also can run counter to the positive, and joyful presence we are trying to achieve in manifesting our dream life.</p>
<p>So, what do you do?  Not grieve.  Change your mindset, or think about something else.</p>
<p>Well it is true that putting the most positive take  you can on your grief is helpful,  it is not the whole story.  If you are grieving,  do what you can to make your story positive. You can tell yourself you will feel better in time. You can make your story as positive as you can.</p>
<p>It is very important though, that you don&#8217;t block the grief. It needs to be released and experienced.  If you don&#8217;t release it,  it will actually create more resistance than if  you do experience it and release it.</p>
<p>The average person if probably grieving to a degree all the time.  All our losses in life bring it up.  Even smaller things like not being able to do as much as  you did when you were 10 years younger, or breaking your favorite bowl can bring out grief in us.</p>
<p>There are a couple good ways to release grief.</p>
<ul>
<li>Using EFT- The emotional freedom technique of tapping is really useful to release grief.  Free information can be found about how to do this on my site and elsewhere.</li>
<li>The Release Technique- check it out in the  resources tab- a great release method  for any emotions that you are experiencing. (Click on the resource link tab at top of page for more information)</li>
<li>Journaling</li>
<li>Therapy can sometimes be good- or just sharing with a good friend and allowing yourself sometime to let it out.  cry, shout , or whatever you need to do so  you can get resume with your joyful life sooner.</li>
<li>Spending some quiet time and just let the feelings surface and be expressed.</li>
</ul>
<p>It is often a misunderstood concept in law of attraction that negative emotions should not be felt and experienced.  If they are there, ignoring them will not help. In fact, it will slow you down even more.  Better to look at them, see what is there,  find ways to change your story to something more positive, and release the emotions that you need to. This will free you to be less resistive of the dreams that are waiting out there to come to you.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>The Downward Spiral Away From Your Dream</strong></p>
<p>How many times when you are trying to manifest your dreams, do you find yourself in a negative spiral in spite of everything you know about law of attraction.  It seems it takes a constant effort to be going down the road of getting closer to what you are wanting, instead of towards what you don&#8217;t.  I have been working on law of attraction for a long time. I have attracted some amazing things into my life. Yet, I still  find myself often in a downward spiral of thoughts even now.</p>
<p>I often don&#8217;t even realize that I am being negative. It still feels so normal to me.  My mind is rolling along criticizing someone or something- kind of going on it&#8217;s own.  I don&#8217;t feel great for sure. I have gotten off track.</p>
<p><strong>Recognizing Where You Are.</strong></p>
<p>When I recognize  I am moving away from manifesting my dreams,  I am grateful.   Because, then I can turn it around.</p>
<p>That is the first step. Becoming aware that you are doing it.  I find that in order to have this awareness,  I need to surround my self with ideas often that remind me of how I want to be thinking and feeling.  This really helps to undo years of programming of being the other way.  You  know, the life sucks and then.. stuff most of us grew up on.</p>
<p><strong>Helpful Resources To Stay On Track</strong></p>
<p>Some of the daily inspirations  I use are books, and CDs, and inspirational quotes.  I will give you some links at the bottom of the page for some of my favorites.</p>
<p>I try to listen to or read something on law of attraction every day. This reminds me of  the direction I want to be heading in, and often it is enough to turn things around for me.</p>
<p>Once you recognize your direction is off, here are some things that might help.</p>
<p>Find a thought that feels a bit better.  Don&#8217;t try to go from suicidal to joy. It won&#8217;t work.  Do find a thought that feels a step or two better. For example, the other day I was worried about a loss of income in a certain area and what would I do.  I started worrying  about what could happen.  Fear stepped in.  I had to consciously work at finding some better thoughts. I had to remind myself that I had job skills I could use if I needed to, and that they could fill in until things got back on track. I had to also remind myself that about other resources I have  that could help the situation.  I felt better after doing this. This is how you know. You will feel some relief, and a bit  better.  Your panic will go to mild anxiety, for example.  You will have some relief.  From here, you can keep looking for better and better thoughts.</p>
<p>Thoughts  of appreciation are also great for this.  Think of at least 10 or more things to be grateful for.  Spend a whole day being grateful for things.  Express gratitude even for situations that don&#8217;t feel that great .  Being grateful really helps turn things around. Appreciate whatever you can find to.  If you can&#8217;t think of something, make it up.</p>
<p>The third and very powerful thing to do is to turn your story around.  Listen to your mental story. The one that is going through your head. The not so good one. Start from what you don&#8217;t want,  decide what you do. Start telling this story in your head.  Act as if it is true.   You will know by how you feel, which story is the one you want to tell.  When you tell the negative story, you will feel it in your energy.  When you turn it around, you will smile and immediately feel better.  Don&#8217;t worry if the story is not true. It will be if  you keep telling it.</p>

<p>The focus wheel is a great way to get back on track when you are in a feel bad place.  It is also a good way to get into what Abraham calls the Vortex. There is a lot floating around right now about the vortex.  It is getting in the flow.  When things feel good and you do, you are in the flow most likely.</p>
<p>I have been on several forums lately where I have heard the vortex mentioned. It seems to becoming a slang term for those of us who are tuned into this stuff.</p>
<p>I am in the vortex.  I am getting into my vortex.  I am working from the vortex.  All a way of saying I am in the flow, and I feel good.</p>
<p>I found this video on u-tube that explains the focus wheel and how to use it.</p>
<p>There is also a link there to get a free focus wheel worksheet that you can use.</p>

<p>There are so many types of journals, and ways to keep one.   Which type is best?</p>
<p>Here are a couple of types of writing that can help you get to your dreams faster.</p>
<p>A GOAL JOURNAL</p>
<p>Keeping a goal journal is very important to reach your dreams.</p>
<p>Keep a list of 4 or 5 dreams and goals you are working on, and  check in on them regularly.  Make sure they are worded in the present, and based on what you want to have for  your end result.  You also could have a goal that is an interim step to the end result that you are working on, and break your goals down into smaller steps.</p>
<p>Review your goals often.  The Release Program in our resources section can help you towards your goals.  You can find information about this in the right side bar menu.</p>
<p>A DIALOGUE JOURNAL</p>
<p>Keeping a journal in dialogue form is a very powerful way to work on your goals.  Write to a part of yourself, and then answer back from another part of you. You can dialogue with your higher self.   You can also dialogue with a part of you that you feel is working against you in getting to your goal.</p>
<p>For example,  dialogue with the part that keeps eating, or shopping, or starting arguments.  Find out what this  part wants from you, and how to meet it&#8217;s needs another way.  Work with it.</p>
<p>When doing dialogue journaling, it is important not to judge any parts of yourself.  Be very gentle.  You can debate,  and still be respectful of  that part and it&#8217;s voice.</p>
<p>In dialogue journaling,  sometimes some powerful negative energies can come up such as self hating voices that seem to want to harm you.</p>
<p>You may need to seek the support of a professional counselor or therapist if it seems like you are  releasing more intense energy and emotion than you are prepared to handle right now.</p>
<p>This type of journal can be very helpful.</p>
<p>I like to do a dialogue writing  with my higher self often when I am faced with a decision.  I do not question where the information comes from or if it is valid.  I always find it is useful.   I do not always follow exactly what my higher self might suggest. It is always a choice.</p>
<p>FEELINGS JOURNAL</p>
<p>Keeping a feelings journal is another good way to release emotions that may be blocking your dreams.</p>
<p>Again, make sure you do not judge.  Be as gentle and nurturing as you can possibly be with these parts of you.</p>
<p>Strong emotions and crying may ensue.  Think of this as a good thing.  Getting the emotions released is helping you free yourself to work to your goals.</p>
<p>Allow yourself the time to let anger, sadness, grief ,and other emotions surface.  It is not negative thinking to let them out.  It is more damaging to you to not let them out, because they will hang around, go underground and block your dreams, perhaps without you even knowing about  it.</p>

<p>This amazing technique can clear up an issue in a few hours.  You can use it over and over on the same issue until you feel the emotional charge of that issue is gone.</p>
<p>Using this method can help you in any area you are struggling-finances, health, relationships, past trauma, or just about any issue in your life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK, so the inevitable happens.  You have been working on creating something for quite a while and the energy feels stuck.   It is not happening and you see no way it can.<br />
You can tell because you feel a kind of ick in your chest when you visualize or thoses voices are saying it can never  happen.  There is something there in the way and if  you really tune in, you can feel it.</p>
<p>This happens probably more times than not when you first are trying to make a dream manifest using law of attraction principles.  If the path were clear already, most likely you would have that dream now anyway.  This is the challenge that makes manifesting seem hard and convinces a lot of people it does not really work.</p>
<p>So what to do when you feel that stuck feeling in your chest.</p>
<p>In order for your dream to manifest the way must be clear. Any negative or limiting beliefs have to be cleared out or they will stop you.  Exploring what is in the way is a big help to clearing it.</p>
<p>First, you need to really believe that you deserve this thing that you are wanting.  You need to examine any beliefs that might be telling you otherwise.  I am being selfish is a good example of a belief like that.  Write down some evidence and positive statements and start to replace that self talk with more positive beliefs.  Sometimes writing them out can help. You can see how silly they are when you see them written on paper.</p>
<p>Beliefs can be changed once we become aware of them.</p>
<p>There are some techniques that are good for clearing that can be pretty powerful. One of these is the<strong> emotio</strong><strong>nal freedom technique.</strong> It is very powerful and can be used from everything to getting more money, to letting go of fears and anxiety.
